• Control System featuring A-B PLC and PanelVIEW HMI, printer and software
• Instrumentation
• 3kW boiler conversion

Ethylene Oxide

• Control System featuring A-B PLC and PanelVIEW HMI, printer and software
• Conversion from Blended (gas cylinder) to 100% Ethylene Oxide (cartridge) sterilant

 
Equipment Installation, Start-up, and Validation Services

Loucks & Associates can perform preliminary site and utility inspections, installation, and start-up to assure correct functionality. We can provide IQ and OQ Validation protocol documents, as well as assist with the execution of these protocols.

 
Equipment Maintenance

Loucks & Associates can assess your equipment’s condition and make recommendations.  We can perform simple repair services as well as complete rebuild and overhaul of all wear items depending on your system.
